LivWell Market is hiring several creative and passionate individuals for our market location at 8 Somersworth Plaza, Somersworth NH to support our Greek-inspired food service beginnings. About this position
The Operations Lead, Closer is the person who brings every shift home. You work in close coordination with our Lead Opener — synced on what started the day so you can finish it right. You own the close, own the daily reports, and own the handoff. When something needs t. be escalated up, that call comes from you. This is a role for someone who takes quiet, confident pride in leaving things better than they found them.

Key Responsibilities:
🍅 Own and execute the daily closing procedure
🍅 Sync daily with the Lead Opener on handoff priorities and open items
🍅 Run daily end-of-shift reports and escalate up as needed
🍅 Escalate issues, anomalies, or concerns through the right channels promptly
🍅 Build procedures for repeatable tasks and flag areas for process improvement
🍅 Lead and support the closing shift team across all zones
🍅 Ensure the store is clean, secured, and set up for the next opening
🍅 Manage Toast POS end-of-day, cash reconciliation, and daily logs
What you’ll bring:
🍅 2+ years in food service, retail, or hospitality.
🍅 At least 1 year in a supervisory or closing role.
🍅 Detail-oriented — you notice what’s off and you document it.
🍅 Strong communication skills — written and verbal.
🍅 Comfort with POS reporting and end-of-day reconciliation.
🍅 Servant leadership mindset — you close strong for your team.
🍅 ServSafe Manager certification (or willingness to obtain).
🍅 Allergy awareness and compassion — guests are trusting us with real dietary needs.
🍅 Flexible availability including weekends/holidays expected.
🍅 Reliability — the team counts on you to finish strong.
